The domain originally belonged to a local chapter of a pharmaceutical association (PAFI Singaraja), but in the latest snapshots it is positioned as a news portal with the headline "Informasi Berita Terkini Dan Paling Terbaru Di Indonesia," indicating a shift in niche from medical/professional to general news.

Originally a French medical site about nontuberculous mycobacteria (MNT), it existed steadily from 2020 to early 2025. In October 2025, the niche abruptly shifted to Indonesian gambling (Unitogel).

Originally associated with the Australian creative agency Lync (2011-2013), then consistently used as the site for the annual cosmetic medicine and surgery conference D-157B3E (2013-2024). In 2025, the niche radically shifted to spam gambling (Togel Macau).
