Website for the Windsor Estates homeowners association (HOA, real estate) — the niche has been stable since 2002, with no changes. Recent snapshots show the domain was taken over by a Chinese gambling site.

From 2008 to 2022, a stable site with the page title "City Center" (likely commercial real estate/D-33A7EC). In 2025, the niche was changed to spam casino "PUSATGAME: Situs Live RTP Slot Gacor".

From 2006 to 2022 — a Japanese real estate site (Tokyo real estate, real estate agencies). In 2024–2025, the domain was dropped and repurposed into a Chinese football streaming site (中超直播 — "Chinese Super League streams").

The domain was used for over 15 years as the site of a property rental company (Hancock Properties, Athens GA) with a very stable local niche.
