Expired domains in real estate

Originally a realtor's site (2021), but in 2019–2020 it was used for Chinese spam (movies/adult content), then in 2021 restored as a realtor site, in 2024 switched to 'mortgage refinancing', after which it went into a redirect loop on itself.

From 2014 to 2017, the domain was consistently used as an Indonesian real estate site (jual beli sewa property). In July 2025, a drastic shift in niche to online casino/cloud gaming (PLANET128) was recorded, which does not align with the historical link profile.

Originally, the site was dedicated to the documentary "Common Good Atlanta" (2021-2022). After a long period of redirects (2023-2025), the niche drastically shifted to Japanese spam content about real estate (2026).

Originally (2002–2014) the site was a regional California catalog and classifieds board. After a long downtime (2015–2017 with empty page titles), the niche changed erratically: pet owner tips (2018), domain parking (2019), the "Big Slime" blog (2019), then real estate (2021). The link profile built around classifieds is irrelevant to the latest niches before the drop.

Initially a Japanese site about tax consulting (2013–2014), then an English 'Electric Science Earth' (2015–2016), followed by parking (2017–2019), Chinese spam/porn (2020), Turkish illegal streaming (2021), parking (2023), and Korean one-pagers about real estate (2024–2025). Multiple chaotic niche changes.

Originally the site sold a pharmaceutical product (domperidone), then was abruptly repurposed into a Japanese real estate blog, after which it turned into a content-free WordPress blog with placeholders and ended as a parked page.

From 2010 to 2020, the site was a Japanese resource focused on real estate/community (based on the page title). Since 2023, the niche drastically shifted to adult content (Romantic sex videos), after which the domain went to NameBright parking.

Over its history the domain radically changed niches: a stable site for Boston indie video/art (2005–2012), a brief tech-support episode (2014), then a long stretch of parking and redirects, followed by affordable housing and apartment lotteries from 2016 to 2024. In 2025–2026 the domain was hacked and spammed with online casino content.

Originally (2001) an English-language personal site, then from 2003 to 2015 a stable Japanese real estate site (リフォームプランニング). After a long period of inactivity/parking (2016-2024), in July 2025 the domain turned into a spam casino (Arab777, slots).

Early period (before 2020) — domain parking/empty site, from February 2020 to May 2022 — Indian real estate ("D-5233B5 | Indian Real Estate"). From November 2022 — abrupt switch to Asian gambling/betting (UFABET), which persisted until the last snapshot. The niche that built the link profile (real estate) does not match the final one (spam casino).

Originally the site was the corporate website of "Fincorp Group Mexico" (2006-2011). After a long period of inactivity and blank pages, the niche shifted to real estate ("REAL ESTATE FINACIAL By Guel Realty" in 2023), which does not match the original profile that the backlinks were built for.

The domain started as a medical conference site (ECC MID/ICC 2011, 2010–2016), was re-registered in 2017 for Indonesian real estate, and since 2023 has been repurposed into a gambling site (casino, betting, slots).
