Originally (2004–2006) — a German medical information portal called "Der D-9FFE26." From 2014 to 2018 — a Japanese commercial online pharmacy site "オオサカ堂" (Osaka-do), advertising cheap online drug sales. After 2018 — an empty page with no content, likely parking or a placeholder.

Chaotic history. Initially pharma spam (Levitra), then a shift to health/news, followed by a change to Asian gambling and porn, then an Indonesian general-topic blog (business, health, technology) and a final transition to gambling (Togel).

The domain has a multi-stage history: 2001–2002 — disability/health niche ("Handicap Risposte OnLine"), 2002–2003 — hosting placeholder ("TURBO PRINT MULTIMEDIA"), 2003–2014 — a stable Italian magazine "RISPOSTE — mensile di attualità, cultura e informazione." From 2015 to 2020, the domain drastically changed its niche to a spam MBT shoe store ("2015/2016/2017/2018 MBT Scarpe Outlet"), and after 2021 it became a parked/empty page with the title "D-061C8F.it."

Final niche — health/wellness (based on the page title "Home - D-650E4D"), but the domain was used for 301 redirects for a long time rather than as a live site, so there is no niche history.

The domain was consistently about tree treatment (trunk injections, pest protection) from 2013 to 2023. In 2024, it abruptly switched to Asian gambling spam (Chinese casino, then Bengali slots).

Originally (2003–2004) the domain was a redirect page for short term medical (insurance/medicine), then sat on 302 redirects for over 12 years. In 2017–2018 Japanese adult content appeared, later — empty/thin pages titled 'D-A49541', in 2024 — estate market niche, and in 2026 — a Chinese spam page title with pirated movies and adult phrases. Originally (2005–2016) — a Spanish-language site about PDA/Palm/Windows Mobile; then the niche changed multiple times: a Vietnamese tech blog (2017), Chinese spam about the 2018 World Cup (2018), Japanese pharma (2020), a French health blog (2021–2023), an Indonesian news/energy site (2024–2025).

Originally (2003-2018) — a Spanish-language business catalog/directory of companies. From 2019, a drastic niche shift to a Japanese-language site about health and cosmetics, after which the domain transitioned to a state of blank pages and redirects.

Originally the site of a Japanese medical association (2004–2015), then sold/parked, after which it turned into a dating resource with a "mama-katsu" niche (2018–2022), and in 2023 — into Chinese porn spam. The niche changed radically and repeatedly.

Originally the site of romance novelist Jude Ouvrard from 2017 to 2020, then fully switched to a Japanese site about boxing and a healthy lifestyle (2021–2023).

The domain has been associated with the D-18AD6B product (pharma/men's health) throughout its history. In 2016 — an English-language page with keyword-stuffing («D-18AD6B , titan jel , D-18AD6B cream»), from 2017 to 2022 — a Vietnamese landing page of the official D-18AD6B distributor. The niche shift was not drastic, but the presentation and language changed.

The domain was stable on pharmaceutical spam (Valium/Diazepam) for 3+ years, then abruptly switched to a Vietnamese gambling portal (789club) in April 2025. The niche change is radical and indicates the domain was resold or hijacked.
