Then the niche changed multiple times: in 2020 Chinese spam content was found, in 2021-2023 dental content reappeared, in 2024 the site was reset to a standard WordPress placeholder, and in 2026 it turned into an online casino. The link profile was likely built for English-language dentistry, which is completely irrelevant to the final and most dangerous casino niche.
